Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CodeLumix is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeLumix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of our apps.

We may suspend or terminate access to an app or account if you violate these terms, create risk for CodeLumix or other users, or use our apps in a way that may cause legal or security issues. You may stop using our apps at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the app or through other appropriate channels. Your continued use of our apps after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
