CodeLumix Mobile Applications

Effective Date: June 11, 2026 | Last Updated: June 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CodeLumix collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use mobile applications developed or published by CodeLumix. By installing or using our apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to CodeLumix mobile applications available through app stores or other authorized distribution channels. Some apps may include additional privacy notices for specific features. If there is a conflict, the app-specific notice applies to that feature.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Content you enter into our apps, account details, support messages, preferences, and any information you choose to save or share through the app.

Device and usage data

Device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, feature usage, session activity, diagnostics, and crash reports.

Permissions-based data

Only when a feature requires it, an app may request access to permissions such as camera, microphone, photos, storage, location, contacts, or notifications.

Payment data

If an app includes paid features, payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve our mobile applications.
  • Personalize app settings, saved content, preferences, and user experience.
  • Analyze performance, diagnose crashes, and fix technical issues.
  • Protect users, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and maintain app security.
  • Respond to support requests, feedback, and legal obligations.
  • Send important service notices, updates, and optional promotional communications where permitted.

4. App Permissions

Our apps request device permissions only when they are needed to provide a feature you choose to use. For example, a camera-based feature may request camera access, an audio feature may request microphone access, and reminder features may request notification access. You can disable permissions at any time in your device settings, but some features may stop working as a result.

5. Data Storage and Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Some data may be stored locally on your device, such as app preferences, cached content, saved items, or offline data. You can remove local data by using in-app controls where available, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app.

Account-related data is retained until you delete your account or request deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
